The Electroneum blockchain is now fully EVM and Web3 compatible. As a result, the ETN App and my.electroneum.com wallet which are not fully Web3 compatible have been retired.
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions, social media updates, and emails, the ETN-Network wallets and their support are now permanently closed. We're sorry that you can no longer access your ETN-Network wallet through the Electroneum App or my.electroneum.com.
If you previously downloaded your private key, or wish to hold ETN in the future, you can do this via a compatible third-party wallet such as Zypto, MetaMask, or another EVM-compatible wallet.
